These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.framelyn.com (the "Website"). Framelyn is a trading name of Super Patron B.V. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Super Patron B.V.
By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referred to in them. If you do not agree with all of them, please do not use the Website. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Website means you accept the revised version.
Our online store runs on the Shopify Inc. platform.

17. Photos You Upload
- You keep full ownership of the photos you upload. By placing an order you grant us a limited licence to use your photo solely to produce and deliver that order.
- You confirm that you own the rights to the photo, or that you have permission from the copyright holder to have it printed.
- We do not use your photo for marketing, social media or any other purpose without your written permission.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if an image is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights or contains offensive content. If we do, you receive a full refund.
- Print quality depends on the resolution of the file you send. We check every image before production and will email you if we believe the quality is too low for a sharp print.
- Your photo is stored securely and deleted once your order is complete and the return period has ended, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
